1. Outsourced Products
For products made by third-party or outsourced businesses, please review the individual terms and conditions associated with that product. Each outsourced product may have its own return policy, which will override our general return policy for that item. Be sure to consult the specific return policy before initiating a return.
2. Custom-Made Products
If your order is for a custom-made product, we only accept returns for faulty items. In the case of a defect or fault, please notify us within 5 business days of receiving the product. After this window, we are unable to accept returns for custom-made items.
3. General Return Guidelines
All returns must be made in the original condition, unused, and with all tags and packaging intact.
Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item was received damaged or incorrect.
Refunds will be processed once the returned item has been inspected and approved. The refund will be issued to the original method of payment.
4. Return Methods and Fees
Return Method Options: You can return items either in-store or by mail. For mail returns, we offer a free return label that you can download and print from our website.
Restocking Fees: We do not charge any restocking fees for returns.
Refund Processing Time: Once your return is received and approved, please allow up to 7 business days for your refund to be processed.
